Dr. Yashna Vaidya

Dr. Yashna Vaidya joined Dixie Road Medical Associates spring 2022, and began her patient care October 3, 2022 after completion of her maternity leave.

Dr. Vaidya grew up in Mississauga and completed her undergraduate degree and medical school at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

She did her Family Medicine training at University of Toronto and St. Michael’s Hospital.  Dr. Vaidya has a strong interest in preventative care, chronic disease management, and comprehensive Family Medicine.  After completing her residency in 2018, Dr. Vaidya worked full-time providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all age groups at academic and community Family Medicine clinics in Toronto before joining Dixie Road Medical Associates.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Vaidya enjoys spending time with her family, staying active and baking.  She is very much looking forward to meeting you and caring for you and your families.  Welcome Dr. Vaidya!
